Welcome to the inaugural edition of Lonesome Noise Radio! This week’s playlist leans a bit on the louder side. I have to confess: I’ve been moving different songs in and out for the last five or so weeks. It’s arduous trying to make the proper first impression. This is the first show. And I want you to enjoy it. Nay, to love it!

I want it to be perfect.

Of course, perfection is stunningly relative. So as I shuffled various songs into various sequences, I found that no matter what would eventually come through those speakers, someone is bound to dig it. Or to loathe it. Or maybe both. Que Sera, and the twirl of art!

So let’s go loud this week: riffs, with beautiful pounds and throbs. There are two Connecticut bands. Oh! – and a bit of Sweden, too!
